Ewwww I just stopped in to use the restroom.... the sink in the men's restroom didn't dispense ANY HOT water. I sat there for over 2 minutes trying to get hot water out of the sink. It is absolutely NOT SANITAR. From a food safety standpoint you NEED warm water to wash your hands for said amount of seconds....... hope no eating at this location gets sick!
Terrible customer service. Ordered 6 nuggest received 3 or 4. The workers were being on there phones, I understand its busy but it felt like they were going slow on purpose. Overall Terrible experience! Had to wait 30ish minutes for my food.
Picked up a mobile order...3 items missing. Called the restaurant and the employee I talked to not only didn't apologize, he said I would have to drive back to the store with my receipt (which is on the mobile app) to get a refund. I get that people probably try to scam the store, but with todays technology it should be in your order fulfillment that those items were never packed. Disappointing.
Expect delays and mistakes. This morning was not busy at all. I was parked a full 15 minutes waiting for my order. Called but nobody answered the phone. Backed up to the window and let them know. Instead of addressing the situation, Manager was hiding around corner and had staff offer me a free breakfast sandwich and apology. “I’m sorry I guess”. Pathetic.
They have given me a bunch of free soda cups🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
