Bad about not having shakes and frappe, took my points didn't have frappe and month later no points returned, asked corporate an they asked location to contact me about replacement item but did they... Heck no! So if they weren't the only fast food around I wouldn't go there
I went to McDonald's last night 8/10 @ 9:30 pm. I ordered 2 Double Cheeseburgers, they buy one get one for $1. She gave me the bag I said ma'am these sandwiches are cold. I need my food fresh. SHE YELLED" SHE WANTS HER SANDWICHES. I said everybody does. She got an attitude and I requested a refund. Attitudes have no place in customer service dealing with people food and money. SAD! Never again!

Customer service rep was rude n impatient because of drive thru time I ordered online ...ask for a cup of ice while receiving my food employee told me to drive around again for cup of ice df
