Horable customer service. Manager was rude. She needs more training! I won't be back to this location.
The young African-American at the counter is the greatest guy his name is Cameron he works really hard. He always has a smile on his face and he was happy to be able to assist me with ordering unlike most people in today's world. Everyone wants you to use a kiosk and not even talk to them. Excellent service and exceptionally clean.
This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I paid in the drive-thru, got told to pull into a parking spot my truck barely fit in, and then sat there for 30 minutes at 1:00 in the morning waiting for a basic order. This wasn’t a rush. There wasn’t a line wrapped around the building. There was simply no sense of urgency, no communication, and no respect for a customer’s time. The problem isn’t that mistakes happen.
