Horrible service in the drive through
I honestly think they got mad that I asked for extra ketchup, mustard, and pickle on my burger because all three had onion set up in the wrapper so it would fall everywhere when I opened it and all of my food was covered in heaps (literally not figuratively) of onion. I ordered through the app, it wasn’t a crazy order other than that customization which doesn’t seem like a crazy one. There was no reason for them to put onion all over my food like that. I did submit a report in the app and received no response
On 3 separate occasions, I ordered on the app, curbside. Each and every time, even though they were on different days and vastly different times, they kept marking my food as delivered to me/order completed. I then proceed to wait during that time, worried that something has happened to my order, and then walk inside and ask. On two fo those occasions, it still took around 10 minutes to actually get the food to me despite me waiting inside. It is very frustrating. Also, their fries are consistently over-fried. :(
