Uber drive was 17mins away,, got here after a 17 min drive and they said the food still wasn’t ready.. they slow at fixing uber order it sucks… you order with uber don’t order here.
Food was dry & old. Staff did not speak or understand English well. Our order was not correct but the manager fixed it quickly
Ordered bags of ice on mobile app. Arrived at restaurant, and was informed that they don’t sell bags of ice. The associate let me know they know that they never have sold bags of ice. This restaurant needs to remove it from the mobile app if this is the case. The associate wasn’t sure how to refund a mobile order, but said he wouldn’t fulfill the order and we should get refunded. Still giving the place 1-star because the associate was cool. Will improve to 5-stars if ice is removed from mobile app. Or management reaches out ... read more
