Tonight I stopped in for ice. Some McDonald's sell bags of ice. This particular one does not however the Manager, Julio told me to bring my cooler in and he would fill it up for me! A young man by the name of Daikell carried my cooler to my car for me. He was very polite. This simple gesture of kindness speaks volumes! Newly remodeled still struggles with the basics. When i order food to eat in the restaurant I expwct my fries to be hot, not room temperature to slightly cold. And i have the very BASIC expectation you are going to give me WHAT I ORDERED not what hell you feel like.
