Places my order at 10:20 via mobile. Arrived at 10:45 pm and they had already locked it down and I couldn’t get my food. Thanks McDonalds.
Waited 45 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers and a large Fry. You see the workers all standing in the back taking, on there phones and just having a good ol time. RIDICULOUS!!!
I waited in line in the drive-through for over 30 minutes and when I asked to speak to a manager, the teenager was smug. Got me the manager and the manager told me that they could either give me a number to complain or give me a discount, but they couldn’t do both.. Shady, horrible customer service.
