I'm currently sick as a dog with food poisoning from this place. AVOID IT!!!
Went through drive through, man rang in wrong item so i told him. He wanted to sit there and argue with me about it, so I told him was no need to continue to argue with me about it and he then told me to get out the line bc he was not serving me. We asked for a manager and he said he was one but wouldn’t tell us his name. Very disappointed, customer service was TERRIBLE! This employee is NOT good for business.
I Arrived At This Location At 9:50pm On Oct. 27, 2025 And The Doors Was Locked. I Called The Restaurant And A Gentleman Answered The Phone. I Asked Him Why Was The Doors Locked And He Stated That He Didn't Know That They Were Locked. I Told Him They Were And It's Not 10pm Yet, Can Someone Come And Unlock Them. He Told Me That No One Currently There Has The Ability To Do So And Hung Up On Me In The Middle Of Trying To Respond To His Comments.
Always short of staff, food is always raw and wrong, spend more time going back than going to get food in the first place. Tonight is our last night eating McDonald’s as a family for a quick dinner.
30 minutes for food. It’s FAST food. 30 minutes is a sit down restaurant experience not mcdonald’s lol. There’s literally no excuse for 30 minutes an average time to make food is 5 minutes. They did have a fun interactive table though, really enjoyed that
