I usually have a great experience in the morning when getting my coffee but I keep having issues lately. The frappe machine is often dirty and they say it needs to be cleaned. Today I was told the frappe machine wouldn’t be clean for 3 hours and I’m sure it doesn’t take that long to clean a machine.
