Today’s experience at McDonald’s was nothing short of exasperating and wholly unacceptable. As a healthcare professional with a tightly packed schedule, I placed a mobile order, selecting ‘pick up at counter,’ and arrived at the location just 10 minutes later, expecting a seamless transaction. I went and asked if the prices pays Posted was for the meal and the lady said that is the price. I asked again and she refused to answer. Never got served.

The lady working was very rude. They messed up my order and when I was waiting for it to be remade, she comes back saying I can’t order because they are closed. I was in the middle of explaining I was waiting on my order that was made incorrectly and she walked off without saying anything. Then she tossed the burger on the counter and didn’t even apologize or bag it up. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
