The place was full of homeless taking soda from the fountain and EVEN HAD DOGS WITH THEM AND FEEDING THEM INSIDE!!!!!
I have went in to the drive thru this morning. However the cashier is first window the MANLY MAN WITH THE SOFT VOICE, WAS EXTREMELY RUDE SLAMMED THE WINDOW IN MY FACE, DENIED MY ACCESS TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER. I HAD TO KNOCK ON THE WINDOW TO GET THE MANAGER IN THE OFFICE ATTENTION WHILE HE WAS FIXING HIS TIR AND HE JUST LAUGHED AT ME. THEN ANOTHER MANAGER CAME TO THE WINDOW HWR NAME WAS VERENICE. Who is more reliable than McDonald’s? No one. Always consistent.
Had to wait in the second drive through line while the person in the first line took 4 orders. Whats the point of having 2 drive thru lines with 2 separate people taking orders, if your gonna make the person wait 5 minutes to give them a mobile code. Ridiculous.
Warning, This is the extreme worst McDonald's in Flaggstaff. All managers are very rude and obnoxious. Employees can not even take an order properly, and order comes out wrong. Food is dangerous cold and tasts like cardboard. Healthjuice department needs to execute a surprise visit. We got acutely sick from lasti9 food purchased from this McDonald's.
