Sat in 2nd drive through for 15+ min while other cars were served that showed up while I was the only car in the drive through. Every single car that showed up after that was helped before me

I pulled in to get some food through the drive-thru. I couldn’t hear anyone when I was trying to place my order. I drove up, paid, and when I got to the pickup window, they gave me just a Coke and told me to move forward and wait. I waited for 15 minutes — no one came out. I had to turn around, park, and go get the order myself. Terrible service, and the food was awful too. One star — I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.
