Incompetence at its best. We order in the parking lot, added the number on the sign to the order so they can match the order with the vehicle. Ordered at 8:27, app said food is almost ready at 8:34. About 8:40 someone comes out with a bag and asked us our order (thought that was what the number was for) we tell them. Last week August 22nd I made a large order thru the mobile app for drive thru pick up like always, when we finally get home we noticed a burger was missing for one of the meals but since we live miles away we called the location and they said they would write my name down just for the burger that was missing and I told the male over the phone we only go into town til next Saturday which he said no problem.
