This is the slowest drive thru service ever. It never fails that when I come through, my order is never ready and I'm directed to park at their designated curbside pickup area and then have to wait 10-15 to receive my order. And it doesn't matter if they're not busy at all. It's still the same. No urgency among employees and they could care less about customer service. Totally unacceptable...
What can you say about McDonald's? It's an institution. I've been going there since I was small (a long time). I don't know if the food has gotten better but there's more choices than there used to be. And a lot of old favorites. This McDonald's has very comfortable seating and you can order at the kiosk or at the counter. I'm a regular and order the same thing everyday. Double cheese is always good
I never understand why they open both lines. They only ever help the one side while the other cars sit and watch 10 other cars pull in after them and be helped.
