Not paying attention to customers.
I used to think very highly of this location but lately I’ve been given old and cold food. Other than that, the service is fast and the guy with the “radio personality” voice always makes the ordering process pleasant.
Don't order for here. They take all of the to go orders before they start your order. And when you ask why it's taking so long they act like you are bothering them. I will go to the McDonald's on 116th from now on.
I ordered 2 cheese burgers (without pickles) fries and a drink. Had too wait 8 minutes for my order. The cheese burgers were fresh and hot , but the fries were trash (cold and nasty) hopefully they do better next time.
Like every other McDonald’s which is good. My meal was why I expected.
