It’s clear one of the cooks is terrible or lazy bc a certain amount of the time I get cold stale disgusting burgers. Ridiculous.
Food is nothing special staff are unbelievably disrespectful, and have no care for anybody else. They close the store whenever they want. Whoever the manager of this location is needs to do some serious work of their nighttime staff.
What's the point of having you bring the food to my table, if I have to get up and walk across the restaurant to fill the drink cup? Do you have enough sketchy dirt balls in this establishment that I'm not super happy about leaving my food at the other side of the restaurant. Realizing I didn't have napkins either was insult to injury once I got back to me table. Also your tables were dirty.
