Terrible service. Young woman taking orders was really nice but the older heavy set lady at the window was extremely rude. I asked her for sauce she practically threw it at me n gave me a really rude look. They only filled up my smoothie halfway. Absolutely horrible customer service and I would never recommend anyone to go there. Fix your staff
Took forever to get the food order was wrong fries were cold but good effort
Under cooked fries, employees lie to customers about meals, managers orders to be returned causing cross contamination. Rude management, employees with hygiene issues.
Absolutely awful service. I had to wait for 6 minutes at the intercom and watched two people go ahead of me, before finally driving around the other building to get service at the other lane. The cashier then proceeded to get nasty with me and practically call me a liar when I told her that my son and I had been waiting at the other lane with no help. If I could rate this a 0 I would. I will be escalating this as high as I can immediately.
