I made a request through the McDonald's app for a fish filet and a complimentary large fries, but when I arrived at the drive-thru, the staff claimed they couldn't locate my order—a total load of nonsense, if you ask me. It felt like they simply chose to disregard my request. In the end, I had to call it off; what a frustrating experience!
