Amazing Customer Service from the young lady at the drive thru window 8-10 pm 4/7: We don't typically get fast food, but when a french fry craving hits - McDonalds is the best! The unique thing about the experience/this location was we had 2 dogs in the car, and the amazing customer service rep noticed and asked if we wanted puppy cups - YES! I've never encountered this at any other McDonalds location. She went above and beyond and deserves a raise and/or a bonus. We'll go out of our way to visit this location bc of her.
This McDonald's runs like a finely tuned watch. Only downside is the in store ordering. It's almost solely done by kiosks. If you're not a highly tuned technology geek, it's a little baffeling. I'm not that techno geek.🫣
