I don't understand why I place an order on the online app mark that i'm already there. But when I get there, I still have to wait over 12 minutes for one burger. No fries no drink. What is the point of using the app and marking yourself as already there if you're still gonna wait over twelve minutes for 1 item and they're not busy. I would not waste your time going to this location
Alondra was terribly rude. Half of our food was cold after waiting over 20 minutes.

Honestly, I hate going to eat at Mcdonald's because their service is always terrible, however this pissed me off. This morning, I had to wake up early to take a catering order for work so I needed quick breakfast as I slept in a little. It was already 10:20 and I knew if I placed my order beforehand I would be able to meet the cut off time for breakfast.
