We wanted ice cream and it wasn't working.
I submitted a mobile order for breakfast then sat in a very short line for 25 minutes. By the time I got to the order screen breakfast had ended, I gave my mobile code and was told to pull to the first window like normal. I waited in line another 10 minutes just to be handed a refund receipt without an explanation as to why.
