Second time I went there thinking it would be better this time but it wasn't a jaw dropper by far everything tasted over cooked and dry
Lots of chit chatting, less working. When you see customers piling up waiting for their orders, and see the ladies in the food making area just talking, it’s annoying and disturbing… waited almost 20mins for my meal and I think with one car in the drive thru… and even got my order wrong. No way. Better check your cameras, franchise owners..
I was really disappointed with the service here. The wait time was exceptionally long, and the staff was dismissive and unfriendly. Our order was missing all of the sides, and we were even asked to pay extra for a second sauce with a 10-piece nugget order. Poor attention to detail and lacking customer service.
