Hi, I’m writing to report an employee named Brooke at your navy blvd McDonald’s. I paid for a drink she never gave me—she held it in front of me, then just stood there until I drove off. This isn’t the first time either. She’s failed to give me my full order before, and it’s clear she brings her personal issues into the workplace. I really like that steak, egg cheese, bagel. The only problem is, it depends on where you go. How good it's gonna be on this, stop. The bun was hard. You can tell they reheated it in order to make it for a sandwich, shame on them for doing that.
Ordered a caramel frap. They couldn't make it due to machine issues which the cashier was aware of but still took my money. Asked for a refund and its taking over 5 mins to get. Now I am late to work because of their mistake.
