Manager is so rude!! I ask for help on my mobile order and she ignored me, she supposed to be there to help customers… bad service 8/19/26 night shift!
This location is constantly messing up simple orders. I seriously don't know why I even bother going to this location. They never own up and take responsibility for there actions. When I call to ask for a refund for missing items they refuse. I'm not gonna drive back down to your restaurant to get a refund on a 5 dollar burger it will cost me more than that in gas just getting there. Straight thieves. Don't get me started on the lack of support of the McDonalds app either. It's a huge rack avoid this place.
