I usually don't write reviews, but I had to share my experience at McDonald's Milton. I was sitting near the kitchen area when I saw a RAT running across the floor! I couldn't believe my eyes. It was disgusting and definitely a huge health concern. I understand that sometimes things happen, but this is unacceptable, especially in a place that serves food to the public. It's McDonald's, what's to say?
This McDonald’s seems to be the least efficient one I’ve ever been to. I’m currently waiting in line at the drive-through and it has been 20 minutes. There were only two cars ahead of me to order when I got here. I have driven up and given up and driven away two other times this week when I tried to eat here. They really need to fix things because it doesn’t work.
