Waited in the drive thru for 45 minutes. The manager running was very rude. The only positive was my food was hot, but that was negated by the fact that I didn’t get the right food. Which I didn’t realize till I’d left already.
While the people were polite I had to sit 30 minutes in my car for the workers to tell the people in front of me that the drive thru was down and that I had to go inside. Once I went inside and changed my order to pick up at the counter, it took another 20 minutes to get all my food and drinks. I drove for 5 minutes before trying a fry and there were colder than my soul. Very disappointed in the quality of the food after giving up 50+ minutes of my time.
