Sold me a refried fish sandwich when I asked for cook to order and fries were cold
I have been months location 2 times and never again. Staff is incompetent, always on phones. Both visits were at drive thru and took over 20 minutes for a two meal order. Very disorganized and management clearly needs to be replaced. A person pulled up next to me just to tell me to "go somewhere else, it's terrible!". I should have listened...DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!
I always use the app for the rewards, but even if you order ahead of time, there’s a 90% chance they’re gonna have you do some time in spot 1 while they prepare it though you ordered it 15 minutes ago. Sometimes the service is fast, sometimes you’re waiting for a solid minute. Everyone is friendly. Food is fine.
Wrong cold food
We waited longer then 30 minutes to get our order.for a fast food place it is not fast. And it is very disorganized. We have been asked multiple times what we ordered .
