As a manager myself I know how hard it can be .what u arnt told is the sheer volume that they deal with. Its pretty insane .92 cars per hr yea sorry some delays and an occasional missing item will happen. What i as a customer look at is the effort and direct interaction from the staff,ill be straight ive never seen managers work so hard ever. There are three young ladies that a ive noticed that just kill it .🫡
Ordered through the app picked up in the drive through, at first I ordered at the wrong location. I reordered and when I got to the window to get my food, I wasnt given straws to my drinks, I wasnt given any of the sauce I ordered. The lady rushed me to leave after only giving my drinks, after getting my food and agetting home I grabbed a straw for my drink I then found out It had no syrup in it, also all the food was cold and not fresh! The ones who've been making my iced coffee were hired the most incompetent people around! It's always wrong! It's not that damn hard to make! Managers have nothing but negative and attitudes. The place is a joke. Needs all new people to work there.
