Few weeks ago I went to Westford location and they messed up my sandwich missing item and wrong condiment, as an apology they give me one of the free sandwich card. Tonight when I went there to use that card to get a free sandwich the general manager refuse to give me that food. This location is getting worse than worse every single time I visit and tonight was the last time ever I went there Good luck JBK with your horrible new team and management (especially that very short general manager)
Very terrible experience scam artists if you use the delivery on the app apparently they just dont put the order in and doordash just refunds perfect scam for them. At least the door dash guy was good and doordash refunded what was missing but definitely dont go to Westford McDonald's you would be better of going to Ayer if you really want McDonald's.
They offer delivery dont give you half your meal won't refund charge you extra for delivery. And tell you if you want the rest of your meal to drive down or reoder and charge you for everything all over agin. This is the Westford branch I have nothing bad to say about the driver as door dash was good about situation and mc Donald's seals the bag so the driver can't check the food.
Didn’t even get to eat here… they blocked off their entire parking lot, except for the stupid entrance… couldn’t even exit this place without having to leave from the entrance driveway… and they didn’t even bother to put any signs about whether or not their stupid restaurant was open or closed, which would have been very helpful to people driving up to this crapbox. The owners or managers of this place need to learn how to operate a business better….we witnessed many other people trying to get in to the parking lot, but agai... read more
On the scale of McDonald's this one is pretty good, if you have kids it still has a play place and the food was hot and served quick.
