You guys have a heavy built black manager at this location and she is the absolute RUDEST person I have ever met. All the other managers there are great, but she is terrible. I live right by here and always go to this location, but my food tends to be wrong any time she is working. I went in yesterday and told them it was wrong (made my sandwich wrong) and I heard her in the back say, “She always comes in saying her food is wrong.” so unprofessional. I’m obviously not going to eat wrong food that I PAID for.
Hung up when i called them and asked a question. I asked whether the hiring manager was in and she said no. Before i could ask when they would be she hung up.
