“I stopped to get my 4-year-old daughter a Happy Meal, and the experience was frustrating. The restaurant was very busy — at least 16 guests waiting — but the staff didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency. My daughter’s toy was forgotten, and when I asked for it, it felt like a big deal to get help. I eventually had to cut in to get someone’s attention.
