Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food quality was subpar, and some staff members were rude. To make matters worse, I was incorrectly charged for water, despite purchasing food – which should be complimentary. Hopefully, management will address these issues to improve customer satisfaction. They also forgot to give me a part of my order.
Showed up at 11:38pm with mobile order placed prior. No one answered the drive thru and the assistant at the second window did not open the window. Never got my refund back
I go here several times each week for breakfast. They ALWAYS give me a Coke with pop all over the outside of the cup, which then gets all over me and the inside of my car. This morning, 3/10/25, I had a complicated order...one bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle and a large Coke. What did I get? I got a nasty diet Coke and two hashbrowns. How do you mess up an order so easy? The line was also wrapped around the building.
