Came for breakfast and left after waiting 15 minutes in line because the menu switched to lunch. We were there in line , but the employees had to keep running to let other customers into the restrooms. One employee was trying to take orders, open the bathrooms to customers, and push out food. It was chaotic, and frustrating to miss the breakfast menu because they are so overwhelmed by the homeless trying to use the restroom, that they couldn't properly get customers through the check out line. My son and I used to go here on the weekend for breakfast and to play in the kids area. But it seems like everytime we go the kids area is dirty, like it doesn't get cleaned on a regular basis and we are usually there pretty early so its probably not happening . If you don't want to use the walk up order machine, your usually waiting atleast a few minutes until your being helped. And this is the only mcdonalds I've been in that charges for refills. Not coming back
