Given this location multiple chances and am always let down. From missing items, to being out of menu items, to rude staff. I know it’s a McDonalds the expectations should already be rock bottom but seriously.
Wrong order McMuffin with sausage no sausage. Ice coffee it was soooo bitter I always get in the summer. Was so disappointed next time I will check before I leave the place
Horrible customer service, not clean, too busy in own conversations to help customers
The kids working here do the best they can. The problem, clearly, is upper management. I came in this morning around 630 am. There was one person up front and one person cooking. There were 2 of us inside and the line for drive through was around the block. Or would have been if the people weren't driving off to go to another restaurant. 24 mins for 2 coffees and one breakfast sandwich? I don't think so.
Got a hot & spicy and a small fry. It wasn't bad.
