I just pulled into this location to order food with not a lot of time to spare. The lady on the intercom at the drive-thru tells me that the system is going down, it's going to take 5 minutes, if I want to come inside I can't. In my head I'm thinking oh okay so I can order inside. One of the most disrespectful experiences of my life. I ordered online for a drive thru pickup and the location and they messed up ALL three of my burgers. When I went inside to alert them of theie mistake and ask for a remake, one of the employees got an attitude with me and told me i had better make sure to clarify no cheese.
