I don't understand going through a drive-through line and all I ordered was a hamburger and an apple I get to the pickup window and they told me to go park then I had to wait 15 minutes to finally get my food I think this is absolutely ridiculous.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with fast food or McDonald’s alone. I sat in line for 30 MINUTES. THIRTY. I honestly wouldn’t even be mad about that if they hadn’t have gotten my extremely SIMPLE order wrong. All I ordered was a 6 piece happy meal with extra fries instead of those gritty apple slices. And a Diet Coke. So simple. So easy. I wait after I pay for at least 15 minutes and when I finally get to the second window, I have to repeat my order to her three times.
