Messed up order doesn’t answer phone calls
Today 01/18/26 at 10:11 I had went to this McDonald’s to order food . Waited at the speaker and wasn’t treated . So I had drove to the window and an employee was eating a caramel ice cream and said “oh you want to order . I said yes two double cheese only ketchup . Once I had received my food the buns were prestaged “ basically hard “ I politely said I want a refund . The employee said MS BROOKLYN WAS UNSURE IF THAT HERE NAME . I've gone to this location twice in the past 2 to 3 weeks and the staff was amazing. First time it was busy. We didn't wait that long for our food. We also had a coffee. The cashier was very patient with us. Brought the food out. Second time I was there. I ordered through the mobile app. It wasn't so busy but they still brought it out to my table for me again. The staff was very nice and pleasant and it was a good atmosphere. Thank you guys for being so kind.
Used mobile app and by mistake put drive thru(i was in store), the manager made me cancel order and switch it to pick up. Instead of handing me my order when ready. Very dumb
