On Monday, July 4 at approximately 12:15 PM, I visited your location and ordered a McFlurry. When I politely asked for a spoon for my ice cream, I was met with extremely frustrated and rude service. I was surprised and disappointed by this response, as asking for a spoon with ice cream seems like a very basic and reasonable request.
