I am not about to say this location is perfect because they of course have flaws. However, IF they mess up and you call in/return to address it, they are quick to compensate you along with an apology. They forgot two sandwiches in my order (a $35 order to be fair) and I didn't know until I got home in Glyndon. I called and they told me that the next time I came in I could have a meal for free on them. I would say that it was the same price as the sandwiches except it wasn't.
