Foods usually fresh enough and rarely made wrong but there’s definitely some toxic elements within the staff. Supervisors/Leads will audibly scold and disrespect their staff within earshot of customers. Talk to your employees like they’re adults, not your children.
I come to pick a order up for door dash and the manager is on her phone not paying attention to anyone I even said hello she didn’t acknowledge anyone at all worst customer service let’s do better !!
It's a McDonald's. I go here for lunch a lot and they haven't messed up my order. Can't complain.
