Order processing time is too slow when entering busy times. Orders are often missing. One to two menus are missing per order.
Very slow service!!
I went through the drive thru for a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit, chicken biscuit, and 2 hash browns. I pulled to the 2nd window for the food, was told to pull to lane 1 due to having to cook the chicken. It took 12 minutes from the time I pulled up to lane 1 to get my food. They left out 1 of the hash browns. The chicken biscuit was awful! It tasted like it was yesterdays chicken they threw back in the dryer. I will not be visiting this Sunday service ever again. Absolutely the worst restaurant ["fast food"] in town. Slow ... *Rarely gets the order right the first time. *Only the morning lady at the 1st [pay] window who is tall with glasses, the manager Jezzel, and the lady in the mornings at the 2nd window [Sue], and there is another Hispanic lady in the mornings who is good too I cannot recall her name - Only these 4 ladies get the order correct 100% of the time. *Receiving the H.M. 7/9/25 - 17:45 PM....It's been 20 minutes sitting here waiting for a mobile order. Should have read the reviews before thinking this would be a quick stop. Will never be stopping here again. Even the employees I see that are bringing the orders out have zero sense of urgency.
