tried to order food, but it was hard to hear because of nearby work, possibly grease trap cleaning since the smell was overwhelming. I went to the window hoping they could hear me better and to get away from the odor, but no one came. I ended up leaving and going to another one on the way home.
Went in with friend ordered at the same time exact same meal as my friend and didn't get my food until after he got his and ate it slowest McDonalds I ever been to
This cashier really needs some training! Instead of helping customers find the best deals, she's upcharging everything without a word. It's like she doesn't care about saving anyone money, and her morning attitude is just awful. It's a "I don't care, I'm just here because I have to be" vibe. Train your employees better to give people good deals, and they'll keep coming back. The way things are, I definitely don't want to return. #Training #CustomerService #Attitude #Deals
Tried the new Big Arch burger and it was so disappointing. McDonalds has gotten more expensive and has become not the go-to fast food place anymore. Go to Burger King instead, they really improved their quality!!
