I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The managers do not seem to be properly trained in communicating with customers. I was asked to park in spot #1 to wait for my order. After waiting, someone brought me my food, but they didn’t appear to be a McDonald’s employee. They weren’t wearing a name tag or the green safety vest that employees usually wear, so I couldn’t tell if they were actually authorized to handle and deliver customer orders. Ordered for drive-thru pickup but they refused to give me my order unless I came inside.. This is the first McDonald's I encountered that is not EBIKE friendly. The one on watt would take my orders regularly with no problem speaking to me. Anyways since I went inside I might as well use the bathroom. INSIDE FECES smeared all OVER the FLOOR of the only stall they had :/. Don't use the bathroom before eating!
Drive through is always fast.
