Pull forward and wait every time
04/2026 Update - Definitely improving. Food is hot and seems fresher. A shot of espresso is now $1 and not $1.75. My only issue is having to pull ahead when there's nobody behind me or when I just offering a coffee drink. I think it's a "tip me" thing because they stand there after you take your items or ask is you want any sauces or side condiments and when you do they say they are already in the bag. My drive thru order is not what I ordered for condiments on my burger about 35 percent of the time, then you pull ahead away from the window and wait for your order and it wrong too late to do anything
