It was busy but the line was moving fast, we had to pull off to wait for the food. But as it came out there was no straw, no hot sauce that we requested and missing 3 hashbrowns. We were in a rush so didn't check the bag prior to leaving and unfortunately were in a hurry so missed out.
Went through drive thru just wanted a double fish sandwich. Te crew was very good and friendly. They got a surprise seeing my pup in the front seat.
Got kids meals for my children there tonight 3/26/26, asked for extra fries not apples. Got apples in the boxes. Called to talk to female manager that told us they ring everyone up with apples unless specifically told its an allergy. Which is not mcdonald's proper policy of doing things. Manager was rude and deflected any responsibility for the wrong items in the order and said it was too complicated to change order to extra fries in system. It's not.
