The usual McDonald's experience. Staff no longer acknowledges customers. It's pretty much self-serve. Food is typical. The Arch burger is decent. Not really juicy though. The Big Mac is still better.
I placed our order at 7:10 pm via the McDonald's app for table service. We didnt receive our order until 7:45. They made the bacon quarter pounder wrong (special ordered). Asked them to remake it... after another 20 minutes I had to ask where it was... wasn't ready yet. Another 10 minutes later, I got it and it was made wrong AGAIN!!!! Angela was the one in charge and never even acknowledged a single customer while we were there and we weren't the only ones with problems with our food and long wait times.
They need to hire more help
I normally don’t post reviews, but my experience today was disappointing. I came in for a burger and fries and it took about 25 minutes, even though I was the only customer inside the store at the time. While I was waiting, a drive-through customer came inside because there was an issue with her order and she asked for a refund, which seemed reasonable.
