My pineapple mango refresher was full of coffee grounds (confirmed by management) his words “those are coffee grounds, they must not have been careful when they made it, I’ll make you a new one” I paid for extra boba (.98) and got the normal amount as well. But it’s the high school drive thru workers as it has happens a few times. They also do not give you any straws if you door dash.
20+ minutes sitting in outside drive thru lane (behind only 3 cars) while over 15 cars went in front of us in the inside lane!? No idea why. And we used the app to order. Not the first time at this one. Will be going across town from now on.

Absolutely rediculus when on my lunch break and only got a drink took 30 minutes to get absolutely nothing. I eventually just had to leave with no food at all would give it a 0 if i could
Ordered three cheeseburgers to go home, got home and not a single one of them actually had the burger in them.
