Went through the drive - thru. The drive through staff was great over the order intercom and at both windows and they were both very polite and nice. The inside staff not so much. They had me pull up in the waiting area, which is understandable when you are making fresh fries. [ Mind you when I was younger I worked at McDonald's so I know about corporate times, serving times, etc.] Anyways, I did not have a large order. Horrible.
I ordered using my app so that it would be ready when I got there to pick it up at the counter. It still wasn’t ready for another almost 40 minutes and when they got it ready, they put it on a counter. We’re only the employees can get for another 10 minutes and got very upset because I said my food would be cold cause I had watched it. Sit there on the table for 10 minutes and the manager was slamming stuff around. and she only replaced my chicken nugget not my fries too.
Can't count nuggets so make sure you get them all
After being cussed out by F St. McDonald’s I proceeded to call this McDonald’s to see if I could get any help on contacting F St. because their phone was not connecting. I want to say that Robert Rhoades was an amazing help and very understanding of the situation!!! I will definitely be coming here from now on!
