It's what you'd expect from a McDonalds. The kids play area was removed. This location was remodeled to the café style. Bathrooms could use some attention.
The manager Working Wednesday night 07/17/2025 Is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AS A MATTER OF FACT HE SHOULD BE DEMOTED!!!! AND IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH FOOD AND IT'S NOT WRITTEN DOWN IN HIS SPECIFIC BOOK EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A RECEIPT I CANNOT GET IT REPLACED THAT MANAGER IS JUST WRONG NOW IM OUT ALMOST 20$ BECAUSE HE WANTS TO PLAY GOD......
When I came i to the restaurant, I had multiple people greet me, and made sure I was welcomed in the restaurant. I asked for their names for a reason, Kenzie, Maison, and Mila. Super nice, made sure I had what I wanted, and were very enthusiastic about talking to me. Thanks again Wentzville, I couldn’t care less what y’all’s online review is, you take care of me every time. Much love! 5 stars, see ya soon!
One star is generous. I will NEVER come to this location again. They are so slow and messed up a simple order two times. Don’t waste your time or money.
