Heard a employee say she found the 4 ninja kitty's she needed then another employee told me all they had in the 2 stacks of happy meal boxes were all the same ? How how is it that the employees get to go thru them to get there whole collection and not let you exchange a dam toy that you now have 6 copys of smh
They are allergic to salting the fries even if u say extra salt smh... literally every time...when u ask them to fix it suddenly everyone including the manager Vicky suddenly only speak Spanish smh but when I walked in the English was in the room with us...ps how ur manager make fries wrong who is doing the training at this store? They need to talk to city college trainer for help smh
Probably the worst customer service I've ever had. Waited in line for 45 minutes with one person in front of me just to pay for my order. The lady taking my order ignored my and other customers requests to have our orders taken. Was probably in that store for an hour, making me late to school.
