Today I decided to use my reward points and place an order for 10 pcs nuggets and 2 ice cream cones. Drove up to first window, got my receipt and went to the pick up window. When I was handed my stuff I asked if I could get a small cup of water with ice. The girl at the drive thru then had the audacity to tell me with an attitude that next time I need to ask for that at the previous window. This request was an obvious inconvenience to her.
