I had a great experience at McDonald’s, and Erika was especially helpful and friendly. She provided excellent customer service, was polite, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. Her positive attitude really stood out and made my visit enjoyable. Employees like Erika make a big difference!
This is regarding the Hispanic woman with glasses working the night shift I would like to share some feedback regarding the late-night drive-thru service at this location. The employee working late at night, who I believe may be a manager, has consistently been extremely rude and unwelcoming. She responds to customers with comments such as, “What do you want?” rather than greeting them or speaking courteously.
