Recently came here, only to see that they had us order through a kiosk! That didn't matter much but tapping around is more time-consuming than actually talking to someone. Plus, afterwards it took 5+ minutes just for someone to come up and allow us to pay for our order since we had cash only! Not to mention the wait after.. Devastating and terrible.
