The ratio of workers to customers is very high, and yet you will still wait 10 minutes to just order your food. Awful service multiple people walked out due to waiting for over 20+ minutes.

Everytime I go to this mcdonalds I ask for sauce with my order. I get charged for sauce. Then they always forget my sauce.
