I visited this McDonald’s and was very disappointed with the condition of the restroom. The urinal was extremely dirty. The soap dispenser wasn’t working, and neither was the hand dryer. This is unacceptable for an establishment of this level. I hope the management addresses these sanitation issues promptly.
Worst customer service possible with an employee and a manager that doesn't know how to do their job. I asked for 2 6pc nuggets for the buy one get one a dollar deal. Then I asked to use my rewards to add an additional 6pc. meaning I would have gotten 18 nuggets total. Aside from that I asked for a Mcchicken and a mcdouble. Instead I got 2 6pc.
